Creative and communications work produces claims that other professions rarely see: copyright and trade mark infringement, defamation, breach of confidence and the use of an image or a phrase the client had no right to. The work is published, so a mistake is public and can be copied widely before anyone notices.
Accuracy is the other theme. A mistranslated contract, an advertising claim that a regulator rules misleading or a design delivered with the wrong specification can each cost the client money, and the policy needs to respond to both the intellectual property and the negligence sides.
